5 Tips to Tone your Bum...on the Run.

So the bum phenomenon exploded, and the focus was on women. Nice curvature, firm yet supple, and cheeks that are reminiscent of a blown up piece of bubble gum. These are all attributes that men should also have in a rear end, not just the ladies.

These days, we are all busy, trying to keep our pockets as full as we can, so it's understandable that making time for the gym could not be a top priority; however, that is no excuse for your body to look like well....a jelly donut. Here are a few types for the man on the go, to keep your ass in check.

• If you work in a building with an elevator, take the stairwell instead.
Carrying your briefcase, or your computer bag with you is an added bonus. And don't forget to leave using the stairwell as well, going down the stairs is surprisingly a good workout for your tush as well.

• Eat Right!
You may think that working out is the most important priority in maintaining a toned figure. But take it from an athlete who maintained a strict diet of lean proteins and healthy carbohydrates, not to mention measured her food for 5 months, the diet is more than half the battle. By eating fish, lean steaks, chicken, etc...you will notice that your body will use them to eliminate the extra fat, exposing the great muscles you most certainly do have.

• Try jump roping.
It's cheap, you can do it at home, and it's not only a great way to tone your lower half, but it will get your heart rate up to a level that will burn calories, and give you a great cardio session.

• If you can hit the gym a couple times a week, do squats and walking lunges.
Try low weight, and several repetitions, to the point where it burns like hell. It won't be very fun, but you are toning, and shaping your bum, and will notice the difference in a few weeks. Remember to stretch before and after..to avoid injury.

• We're all adults here - have sex.
It's a great workout, and it's your chance to show your sweetheart how great you look, minus the pants.
